Millmount Healthcare has the capabilities to package solid dose format products into plastic bottles, pots and tubs. This process involves counting the specific product (tablets, pills, caplets, capsules) into pre-determined quantities for filling into our partner’s chosen container type. All our counting and filling processes are fully automated at Millmount Healthcare.
Our tablet counting machines offer accurate dispensing of different sizes and shapes of tablets, caplets, hard or soft gel capsules. Our state of the art filling machines (Cremer Single/Double Head & IMA Swift Pack) are complete with in-line capping, labelling, coding and cartoning, including the insertion of patient information leaflets. Products can also be packed into a variety of pots or containers with child-resistant or senior-friendly caps if required. Millmount Healthcare is currently providing these services for a number of our Pharmaceutical partners in Ireland and across Europe.
